A day of red, white and blue. Stars and strips. Snow cones and corn dogs (which is the only time of the year the kids get them). Sparklers and sandy toes. Toasts on the beach, and of course a late night listening to Phish play live from Jones Beach. Every July fourth falls when we are on vacation, the restaurant is shut down for the week and we can sit back and relax. I hope you had the chance to sit back and enjoy those stars and stripes and fireworks in the night sky!
