Mother's Day is about enjoying those long cuddles in bed with your little ones. Tucked under blankets. Toes touching. Mother's Day is about soaking in every extra kiss they give you. Smiling when you can hear their giggles and tiny feet running down the hallway to present you with the best homemade card. The card that melts your heart every time you read it. The card that you keep in your nightstand so when you're feeling down you can turn to your children's words to make you happy.

Mother's Day is about spending a little extra time with the ones you love. It's about stopping for a moment to truly see what you have created, and what you have created is amazing. Every day I am amazed by my children. Who they are and who they will become.

Thank you Jonas, Joshua and Jessica for such a wonderful day. Thank you Jon for being right there with them. Thank you for being who you are; my best friend. And, thank you for letting me sleep in! That's exactly what I needed after a late night of painting in Joshua's room. Also, a huge Thank You to my sister and brother in law for hosting mothers day.
